There is no advertising network on this site and no behavioural retargeting. Nothing here follows you around the internet, and if you decline everything except the necessary cookies the site behaves identically.
Affiliate cookies, specifically
When you follow a link to a casino, that operator or its affiliate network usually sets a cookie so the referral can be attributed to us. It records that a visit came from this site — not who you are and not what you do afterwards. Once you are on their site, their cookie policy governs, and there is a link to it in their own footer.
Changing your mind
