Fruit Machine Guide is an independent editorial publication about online gambling in Great Britain. We do not accept bets, we do not hold customer funds and we provide no facilities for gambling, so we are not licensed by the Gambling Commission and do not need to be. What the content is, and is not
Everything here is general information and journalism. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to gamble. Measurements published on this site are the results we obtained on the dates stated, on the accounts we used. They are not a guarantee of what will happen on your account.

Complaints and governing law
Complaints about this website go to the editorial address on the contact page. Complaints about an operator go to that operator and then to its ADR provider, normally IBAS. These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Gambling advertising in Great Britain is governed by the Gambling Act 2005, the Gambling Commission’s licence conditions and codes of practice, and the CAP and BCAP advertising codes enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority.
